    Royal Mail tracked / not signed - Free 

    International

     

    All orders are sent via tracked service.

    Orders up to £35 - £5.95

    Orders of £35 and over - Free

    EU orders include VAT, which we handle. You won't be liable for any extra delivery charges.  In the unlikely event you are asked to pay VAT, please get in touch, and we will be happy to issue a refund equal to the cost.
    USA - Import and tariff costs are handled by us. The price you see on the website includes this service. This means you can order with no extra charges on import or delivery, and average shipping times remain 5-10 days.

     

    Shipping time estimates

    Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. 

    UK - We aim to send most orders the same or the next working day, so you will often receive your order within a few working days.

    North America and Europe - typically 5-10 days, though please allow up to 30 days in case of network delays. 

    Australia and New Zealand  - an average of around 12-14 days. We find this region particularly affected by the Christmas period, when it may take longer.

     

     

    Please note we're unable to assist with customs duties & charges outside of the UK, EU and USA. Unfortunately, we're unable to issue refunds for unclaimed packages.
