We offer a 30-day return policy. If it the first time you have bought a particular product, and you are unhappy with your purchase, you can claim a refund. It will be necessary to ship the item back to us within 30 days of purchase and all return costs are at the expense of the purchaser.
The above applies to full-price purchases only. We will endeavour to refund items which go missing during transit; please allow 30 days before contacting us. We are unable to refund items which can't be delivered due to address errors, or if the item is left unclaimed for any reason including customs charges and fees.
However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, please ship the unused items back to us and we will refund shipping costs and replace the unused product if applicable. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain a proof of postage.
